1. Open "Outlook"

2. Click "File" & then choose "info"

3. Click "Add Account" button

4. Select "Manual setup or additional server types"

5. Click "POP or IMAP"

6. [POP and IMAP Account Settings]

Your Name: Peter
Email Address: yourname@yourdomain.com

Account Type: POP3
Incoming mail server: mail.yourdomain.com
Outgoing mail server: mail.yourdomain.com

User Name: xxxx01
Password: password
