How to clear Mailbox if over quota?

1. Goto WebMail http://www.01.com.hk/webmail
2. Login
3. Click "Options"
4. Click "Folder Preferences"
5. In Trash Folder select "Do not use Trash"
6. Submit
7. Delete no used email until not over quota.
